The Role
We are seeking an experienced medical professional to join our team as a Medical Lead, Hematology Oncology. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership for global clinical development plans and protocols to support new and existing programs. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of quality clinical trials and programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global clinical development strategies and plans to support new and existing programs
- Collaborate closely with team members in clinical development, operations, biostatistics, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, early development, and other functions
- Provide medical input for clinical protocols in development, ongoing clinical trials, clinical study reports, and regulatory documents
- Engage external experts to obtain scientific input and integrate current clinical practice and guidelines into global clinical development plans
- Build, maintain, expand, and manage external relationships with outside collaborators and clinical investigators
