Server
The Server’s Main objective is to provide excellent service to every guest. The server will accomplish this by taking food & drink orders and delivering meals to the table, This position requires a commitment to excellence for every guest experience, as well as a positive attitude. The server will Engage appropriate company directionality by ensuring meals are correct and guest experiences are held to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Fill out & preform daily FOH opening duties checklist, when applicable
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take drink and food orders
- Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
- Provide quality customer service
- Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
- Adhere to health department rules and regulations, upholding a cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
- Ensure server stations are stocked
- Roll silverware
- Help bussers clean and sanitize tables when neccessary
- Fill out & preform daily FOH closing duties checklist, when applicable
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of serving experience in an upscale setting
- Strong organizational skill
- Multi-tasking and communication skills
- Ability to handle and count money accurately
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Food handler’s card
- OLCC
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver’s license & clean driving record
- ServSafe certification strongly encouraged
