The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support for employees experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues. This entry-level role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Support : Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Help Desk Assistance : Respond to IT help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner.
• Hardware & Software Maintenance : Install, configure, and update company computers, printers, and software applications.
• User Account Management : Assist in setting up new user accounts, passwords, and system permissions.
• Network Support : Help maintain company network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and support Wi-Fi and VPN connections.
• Security & Compliance : Follow IT security protocols, assist in maintaining cybersecurity measures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Training & Support : Assist employees with basic IT training, such as software usage and security best practices.
