Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of specialized equipment and vehicles used for heavy haul transportation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all operations meet local, state, and federal regulations, including permits for oversized loads.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with OEMs, rental houses, and other clients to understand their needs and ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- Route Optimization: Develop efficient routing plans for heavy equipment, balancing cost, safety, and delivery timelines.
- Staff Leadership: Manage dispatchers, drivers, and logistics teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to assess efficiency, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
- Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing transportation for heavy haul or oversized loads.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
