Visit homes or job sites to assess installation requirements for various HVAC equipment.Review blueprints, codes, and manuals to ensure compliance with installation specifications and regulations.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule installations and ensure timely completion.Direct and supervise installation teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient and high-quality work.Install, assemble, and test HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the installation process.Conduct quality inspections to verify the functionality and safety of installed systems.Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and job progress for reporting purposes.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for installation teams and occupants.Job requirements
3-5 years of relevant professional experienceMust be coachable, hungry to learn, self-driven, and mechanically inclinedValid drivers license and clean driving recordClean background checkClean cut and presentable to work in customer homesMust be authorized to work in the US.Understanding ofprinciples of heating and air conditioning systemsHas a good background inreading schematics and work plansMust be authorized to work in the US.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
