Restoration Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring masonry properties on historic buildings. This role requires a hands-on approach to clean and restore various surfaces and materials, ensuring that properties are returned to their previous state. The Restoration Technician will utilize various tools and techniques in the restoration process while adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and restoration of masonry.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration tasks.
• Conduct activities including debris removal and structural cleaning.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure that all equipment is properly cared for.
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Document the restoration process through detailed reports and photographs.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in restoration work is essential.
• Experience in masonry restoration or masorry work will be beneficial.
• A strong commitment to safety practices and procedures in hazardous environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
