POSITION SUMMARY : The Delivery Driver is responsible for pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles promptly to customers and to other specific locations. This can include dropping off and picking up vehicles at local dealerships or driving vehicles to and from Oklahoma City. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.We are a leading manufacturer, distributor and fleet sales expert of premium truck bodies with commercial upfit for vocational markets nationwide. We strive for a pioneering attitude and a focused commitment to innovation in all we do.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Email Manager every Friday, your availability for the following week.
- Pick up itinerary, any special instructions, paperwork, Pike Pass, gas card., etc., for each trip
- Maintain communication with Manager and / or Production Lead
- Assist in keeping vehicles tidy and in customer satisfaction care
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Responsible for ensuring required paperwork is delivered, signed and returnedQUALIFICATIONS :
- Valid driver license; CDL not required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test
- Strong customer service skills
- Must possess a positive and professional attitudePHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE :
- Must be able to drive long distances
