Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pre-Engineered Metal Building Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the construction industry.

Your workday might look like this

• Coordinate and oversee technical activities relating to PEMB design and engineering projects, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
• Work with MBS and Tekla to model and design PEMB projects.
• Remain up to date with current and trending elements of design, construction, and technology.
• Interpret designs & drawings; prepare takeoffs; research & recommend resolutions to drawing conflicts or errors.
• Assist in the creation of easy-to-follow fabrication documents that follow the design calculations and are within the manufacturing limitations.
• Checking contract documents, RFIs, specifications, etc. To ensure drawings are accurate.
• Review and revise drawings based on engineering calculations, architect's notes and instruction, and field conditions.
• Assist customers, design, manufacturing, etc. With questions, as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a role working with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
• Demonstratable proficiency with commercial estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex project documents and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and cost analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

You’ll really stand out if you have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
• The ability to speak both English and Spanish.
