Salary : $315,000 – $370,000 (plus performance-based bonuses)

A prestigious law firm is seeking a talented mid-level associate (5-7 years of experience) to join its Labor and Employment Group in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to represent employers at every stage of labor and employment matters, tackling some of today’s most complex workplace challenges.
A strong background in wage and hour class action litigation is essential.
Key Qualifications
- Extensive California employment law experience, including litigation in PAGA and wage and hour class actions
- Trial experience is a plus
- Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is a plus
- J.D. from a nationally recognized, accredited law school
- Active bar membership in California
