Role Responsibilities:
🌿 Conduct research and development of new nutraceutical products, from ideation to commercialisation.
👨🔬 Formulate and optimize product formulations to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and marketing.
🧪 Perform stability testing and evaluate product performance.
🗣️ Analyse market trends and customer feedback to drive innovation.
📝 Maintain comprehensive documentation of product development processes and results.
🦺 Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
⚡ Assist in the preparation of product dossiers for regulatory submissions.
Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related field.
✔️ Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the nutraceutical or dietary supplement industry.
✔️ Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and ingredient functionalities.
