Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Access / Telephony Support Specialist to provide support for patient access center operations and telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient access services, troubleshooting telephony systems, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient access center or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting telephony systems, including configuration.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a call center or patient access environment.
Background in IT or telephony troubleshooting and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient access support while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Troubleshoot and configure telephony systems to support patient access operations.
