Duties

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance guest relations.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation and presentation.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and proactively address any concerns or requests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
