Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Systems Engineer to enhance our Supply Chain organization by providing technical expertise in new product launches and planning. This role will work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the supply chain while delivering training and technical support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain processes by bridging the gap between engineering and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical integration efforts for new product launches within the supply chain, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications, manufacturing requirements, and potential supply chain constraints.
- Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management for new products.
- Provide training and technical support to supply chain teams on new product introductions, system enhancements, and process optimizations.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, ensuring alignment on product design and supply chain feasibility.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain performance.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and automation to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness, lead times, and supply chain resilience.
- Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain disruptions related to new product launches.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Integrated Systems engineering, Industrial Engineering or other technical fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Leadership potential and a passion for supply chain and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools is a plus.

Work Schedule:
- Normal Schedule – 8 am to 5 pm; Monday thru Friday; May vary with business needs.
