Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales, business development, account management, and customer service. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, estimating project costs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The program consist of 3 – 4 rotational assignments over a 12-18 month period, culminating in placement in a functional role in business development or account manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Schedule and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Account Management and Customer Service
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Estimating and Proposal Development
- Assist in preparing accurate estimates and price quotes for customers.
- Review project requirements and specifications to determine costs and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
- Administrative and CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Support the development of marketing materials, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics and database management is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or estimating is beneficial but not required.

Work Schedule:
- Normal Schedule – 8 am to 5 pm; Monday thru Friday; May vary with business needs.
