Title : Tax Consultant
Location : Bolingbrook, IL – Hybrid onsite Tuesday and Thursday
Duration : 2 / 3 / 25 - 8 / 9 / 25
Hours : full time
Pay range : $80-100 / hr
- Reports into the Director, Indirect Taxation and works extensively with Tax Manager, SUT Compliance and members of compliance team
- Must be a self-starter and be able to execute against goals
- Must be able to complete most work duties with little training
- Must be able to communicate well – end of day status on deliverables, urgency for issues, and scheduled time off
- Must be able to be flexible in daily tasks and assignments assigned
- Working knowledge of Excel (intermediate or advanced), Word & PowerPoint required
- Formulas include vlookup, piviot tables, sumif, countif
- An Excel assessment will be performed during the interview process with the interviewer
- Working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx (a plus)
- Retail industry a strong plus
- Project lead or project management skills preferred
- Professional work experience required
- 5 years
Sales and use tax compliance required – e-filing, data preparation, return preparation and reconciliation, request approvals and payments
Salary : $80 - $100
