YOUR LIFE AS AN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
This full-time warehouse position may work some overtime depending on the needs of our business.
As an Inventory Management Specialist, you play a vital role in our operations as you maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory. Your main goal is to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring that we have consistent stock of all necessary materials and supplies. You regularly speak with our warehouse manager and conduct audits of our inventory, making sure that if we are running low on anything those items are promptly ordered.
After ordering items, you track the order from start to finish, ensuring that everything is delivered as expected. If there are any discrepancies, you find the root of the issue and do what you can to resolve it. Highly organized, you monitor periodical cycle counts and prepare reports for our team. You take pride in the way that you contribute to our success!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 2 years of experience with inventory process management
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management system (WMS) software
- Forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to occasionally work overtime
