Associate Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing engineering support to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Evaluating manufacturing outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implementing continuous enhancements.
- Supporting NPI initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
- Leading the introduction of new equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to optimize manufacturing performance.
- Analyzing and improving process flows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive cost reductions and efficiency gains.
- Ensuring all manufacturing processes adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Documenting process changes, work instructions, and engineering reports to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Degree required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support manufacturing initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with process validation, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD software and process simulation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation and advanced manufacturing technologies is preferred.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry is a plus.
