Key Responsibilities :
Managing customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Taking and processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Following up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Assisting internal and external customers with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
Researching and troubleshooting customer issues to provide effective solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Tracking shipments and providing customers with order status updates.
Assisting in maintaining and updating customer account information.
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications :
Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Must possess excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
May require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
Must be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
