Key Responsibilities :
Creating cases to be completed using a proprietary case management system.
Reviewing CT scans to ensure conformity with the company’s protocols.
Segmenting CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D Anatomical Bone Models for robotic-assisted surgery.
Creating Pre-Operative Surgical Plans based on digital bone models for Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures.
Reviewing CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy in anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning.
Uploading completed pre-plans to field-based personnel for surgical use.
Documenting all activities in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures.
Following work instructions precisely to ensure consistent and high-quality output. Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 2 years' work experience or an equivalent education (Associate's Degree or higher).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Experience using Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS is a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is beneficial.
Certifications or relevant experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) would be advantageous.
Certification in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
Completion of a college-level anatomy course is desirable.
Strong customer service orientation is valued.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
