Key Responsibilities :
Assisting in planning, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance customer knowledge and engagement.
Performing administrative tasks to support training staff in the execution of various courses.
Utilizing advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create, edit, and manage training materials.
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external clients through strong verbal and written communication.
Managing training logistics, scheduling, and documentation with attention to detail.
Organizing training resources and materials to ensure seamless execution of programs.
Lifting and setting up materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed for training sessions.
Qualifications :
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for training setup.
