Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of multiple engineering projects by prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to optimize resources and meet project deadlines.
• Evaluating and authorizing changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
• Leading engineering projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring performance aligns with project plans while identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays.
• Managing ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.
• Providing input on workstream business objectives.
• Building and tracking overall project timelines.
• Monitoring and mitigating overall project risks.
• Providing input for capital expenditure requests (CER) creation and submission.
• Tracking and managing workstream project expenses.
• Creating and maintaining a resource plan.
• Managing all project resources and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Overseeing and ensuring accurate OnePPM inputs and reports.
• Setting up weekly meetings with vendors, tracking meeting minutes, and managing action items for individual processes.
• Identifying alternative solutions and approaches to overcoming project risks/issues while proactively communicating meaningful project measurements and KPIs per expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in medical device industry, facilities utility/infrastructure, manufacturing equipment, validation, programming, and qualifications.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements in a medical device environment.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, OnePPM, or equivalent software.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in leading teams and facilitating meetings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
