Integration Engineering Technician
Location : Cocoa Beach, Florida
Shift : C shift : Thursday thru Sunday - 5am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities :
Manufacturing, assembling, and testing new components according to written procedures.
Setting up new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.
Assisting with the transition from development to production, including first articles.
Performing second-party verifications and hardware inspections to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and correcting malfunctions by modification, rework, repair, and / or maintenance.
Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for recurrence control.
Operating various material handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations, and other ground support equipment as required.
Setting up and operating a wide range of precision-calibrated tools, including but not limited to torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, height gauges, and optical measuring instruments.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency.
Performing routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESD standards.
Working off-shift, extended overtime, and weekends if necessary.
Collaborating with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds.
Earning trust, maintaining positive and professional relationships, and contributing to a culture of inclusion.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or a related field.
Experience in at least one of the following areas is required : fluids and tubing installation, instrumentation and electrical harness routing, general aerospace / launch vehicle assembly.
Interpreting engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures.
Working collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds.
Communicating clearly and appropriately, both in writing and in person.
Demonstrating basic digital literacy, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
Climbing ladders / stairs and working in small, restricted areas.
Working at heights on work stands and in lifts.
Performing repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national or a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
