Key Responsibilities :
Providing day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
Communicating highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Recommending hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
Participating in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Conducting training programs to educate employees on basic and specialized applications.
Supporting data clean-up efforts related to the transition to a new Manufacturing ERP system.
Analyzing system updates and understanding how different systems relay information to ensure accurate data modifications.
Cleaning up ERP Material Master attributes, correcting and maintaining product master data, and supporting regulatory registration and order-to-cash processes.
Administering Device Master Record (DMR), Change Orders, and quality records in compliance with corporate documentation procedures and FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Interacting with cross-functional teams to collaborate on product development, review, and release while ensuring compliance with quality system regulations.
Executing small process and technology projects to update and maintain production, regulatory, and order-to-cash data attributes.
Updating material master attributes manually or through IT production data requests and analyzing data for accuracy post-correction.
Running test protocols for IT projects related to product master data.
Updating procedures related to Material Master and other support functions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree is required; Specifically in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management is preferred.
Must be proficient in operating computers to input data into fields and databases.
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management.
1-2 years of related experience in a business environment is a plus.
Computer training, including internet usage, is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Experience implementing business and IT processes to support Master Data is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
