Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities :
Directing and coordinating fabrication, installation, operation, application, maintenance and repair of mechanical or electromechanical machines, equipment, tools, engines and systems.
Ensuring that quality levels and industry standards are maintained or improved in the manufacturing process.
Overseeing installation, operation, maintenance and repair of equipment such as centralized heat, gas, water and steam systems.
Evaluating mechanical products to determine their cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Evaluating field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
Troubleshooting production issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that root causes are identified and addressed.
Analyzing production processes and identifying areas for cost savings, productivity improvements, and waste reduction.
Developing and maintaining work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
