Key Responsibilities :
Maintaining and managing Master and Transactional Data across ERP and partner systems.
Performing data analytics activities to assess and improve quality systems data.
Identifying actionable insights and presenting findings to business and cross-functional teams.
Supporting Quality projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Conducting detailed analysis of data and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
Managing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Implementing data governance best practices to maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Performing regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Training and mentoring team members on data quality best practices and ERP system usage.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
Background with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and trend analysis.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and how to utilize them effectively.
Ability to analyze data methodically and derive meaningful insights.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills for problem-solving.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Independent, proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting business insights to stakeholders.
