Leading the development and execution of sourcing strategies related to product transfers, cost reduction initiatives, supply base optimization, and risk assessments.
Managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with Approved Supplier Listings, and identifying gaps in supplier onboarding timelines.
Defining and implementing cross-functional mitigation strategies to ensure critical materials are available to support product transfers.
Coordinating with internal functional teams to assess supplier performance, drive improvements, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Communicating supplier transfer updates to relevant stakeholders and ensuring continuity of supply during transitions.
Collaborating with multiple project managers to provide updates on the progress of sourcing project workstreams.
Negotiating contracts and supplier agreements to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service levels. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with supply base optimization and product transfer projects is preferred.
Knowledge of procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
Background in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive is preferred.
