Key Responsibilities :
Configuring ERP systems to effectively manage legacy products and accommodate new product launches.
Ensuring engineering change orders (ECOs) and system changes are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
Working cross-functionally with teams such as materials, regulatory affairs / quality assurance (RA / QA), engineering, operations leads, and master data management (MDM) to maintain system integrity.
Establishing and enforcing business rules that align ERP systems with production line needs and business objectives.
Providing problem-solving solutions for unique business conditions as the portfolio and strategies evolve.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system functionality and alignment with operational goals. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a related role is required.
Proven experience with ERP systems and business process configuration.
JD Edwards, SAP, and CPQ experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of ECO processes and their impact on system operations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
Analytical skills for identifying and addressing system and process issues.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with ERP platforms relevant to medical or manufacturing industries is preferred.
