Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and digital inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot problems.
- Keep work area clean and organized, following safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisor regarding vehicle status and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or coursework is a plus.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
