- Competitive Pay : Trainees start at $0.60 per mile, with experienced drivers earning between $0.64 - $0.69 per mile based on experience.
- Annual Earnings : Our drivers usually earn around $75,000 annually, with top drivers reaching over $95,000!
- Pay for All Miles : All miles are compensated, whether loaded or empty, unless heading home.
- Orientation and Training : Training pay is provided at $14 / hour or up to $196 daily.
- No Unloading Required : Lumber costs are covered by JBS, and unloading is optional for drivers.
- Additional Compensation : We offer breakdown and layover pay, including $15.50 / hour for breakdowns and $140 for layovers after 24 hours.
- Retention Bonus : Receive a $3,000 bonus for staying with us!
