Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order Management:
- Process, track, and manage owner-issued purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals and adjustments when necessary.
- Order Tracking and Delivery Coordination:
- Monitor the entire lifecycle of orders, from placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate material shipments.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to address and resolve delivery issues or delays.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and superintendents regarding material status and estimated arrival times.
- Construction Materials Expertise:
- Understand standard construction process and review, annotate and create a master materials schedule for each site.
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast material needs and prioritize shipments based on construction schedules.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, material specifications, and vendor capabilities.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, ensuring materials are available as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:

Qualifications:
