3rd SHIFT SECURITY GUARD
(Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday)
HOURS:
- 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. – (12 Hour Shifts)
Brief Description:
JBS in Worthington, MN is hiring for an overnight shipping security coordinator who is a self- motivated & able to work under minimal supervision at our guard shack. This position is responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed to enter facility, and signing trucks in & out; other duties as assigned. Works both indoor & outdoor in all weather conditions.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Work in the Order Management System/Shop Floor
- Work with the Plant Shipping/Shag Service/Traffic
- Work with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping date, times, and locations
- Enter Available and Outbound times into Shop Floor
- Maintain Outbound Logs
- Weigh and maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
- Assist with Security, as needed
- May work as needed as back up for Load Planners
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent computer skills required
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent People Skills
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work in a high stress environment
- Great communication skills – written and verbal
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Good attendance record

- Must have a valid class D driver's license

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base hourly salary range of: $18 - $21
