QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- College experience with animal science or management emphasis beneficial
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience preferred
- Management/communication skills advantageous
- Good written and oral skills
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Welding and Construction knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide safe work environment for employees
- Maintain plant equipment
- Supervise maintenance employees and management
- Complete work assignments in an accurate and timely fashion
