As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Brand and Campaign Manager.
The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in bringing the Wild Fork brand to life through our evergreen marketing and seasonal campaigns. In this role, the Campaign Manager will work closely with the Director of Brand and cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class practices in the execution of our marketing programs.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills to produce marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results.

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, based in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with the Director of Brand to develop seasonal campaigns and evergreen marketing initiatives that consider full funnel, integrated customer journeys.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints, working with various internal and external SMEs and stakeholders (social, influencer, PR, paid ads, email, E-Comm, store signage, photoshoots).
- Lead the development and execution of store signage and E-Comm assets for each campaign in partnership with product, E-Comm, and ops teams.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members – paid media, email, social – to ensure integrated and consistent executions.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, retail operations, e-Comm, and logistics.
- Track and manage all campaigns to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and optimize marketing campaign processes.
- Create and oversee management of marketing content / assets and usage rights tracking.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
- Manage and track campaign budgets and support the monthly accrual process.
- Support the Director of Brand in the campaign / content briefing with agencies, designers, or third-party vendors.
- Manage external freelancers, agencies, and stakeholders with the Director.
