Harvest Production Clerk
This position consists of providing administrative and clerical support to the Harvest operations management team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry for all harvest production numbers and daily reports
- Maintaining all graphs, charts, and other reporting that is distributed to management team.
- Reconciling daily attendance reports with supervisors
- Assisting supervisors with the schedules of employee's vacations/time off
- Timekeeping and assisting supervisors in daily time sheets and record keeping
- Additional duties as needed to support operations team
Requirements:
- Must have good computer knowledge as most work is required on the computer
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and situations
- Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word
Hours of this position vary as dictated by production, additional overtime and weekends as needed
