- Feed Production Scheduling and Control
- General Maintenance and housekeeping
- Warehouse organization
- Completion of all paperwork
- Quality Assurance and safety program
- Constant and daily communication with farms, managers, and employees
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Knowledge of feed mill processes and procedures
- Supports a consistent professional demeanor and image of the company
- Positive attitude and works well under pressure
- High work ethic
- Commitment to dependability and willingness to meet goals and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
