Primary Duties:
Record review all Pre-operational records and Operational record. Perform direct observation and record review for all CCPs. Monitor and titrate Lactic acid, PAA and Bovi-Brom chemicals. Conduct biased and unbiased Human Handling Audit. Conduct daily E-coli carcass testing. Conduct weekly, monthly and yearly tests on primals, tissues, and interventions. Assist in third party audits. Any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifying candidates need to be very detail oriented. Must be able to work with little or no supervision. Conduct themselves professionally when dealing with USDA, third-party auditors, and upper management. Must have 2 points or less.
