Inventory Specialist-Imports
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our Imports team here at JBS USA in Greeley, CO! This person will support our Inventory Managers in overall inventory management while purchase orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Inventory Specialist-Imports
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our Imports team here at JBS USA in Greeley, CO! This person will support our Inventory Managers in overall inventory management while purchase orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- PO entry for all proteins
- Stay in close contact with suppliers on purchase orders and confirmation.
- Support the Inventory Managers within the Inventory team on all required tasks.
- Assist the Inventory Manager with warehouse reconciliation reports.
- Assist the Inventory Manager with real time inventory accuracy and traceability in SAP to assist with the preparation of weekly and daily reports.
- Develop new system pathways to enhance daily functions.
- Assist with inventory discrepancies and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics and Business or related field is strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of industry or job related experience within supply chain preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in person, email and phone
- Experience with Microsoft Suite-basic Excel skills, Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
- Self starter, but also has the ability to work well on a team and cross functionally
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
