- Direct daily refrigeration maintenance operations minimizing operational costs, and implementing key performance indicators and measurements to optimize efficiencies .
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and assign work priorities.
- Direct repairs of refrigeration equipment/ammonia systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance related to hazmat, PSM, HACCP, health & safety, environmental standards and equipment operations.
- Develop team's technical systems and predictive and preventative maintenance knowledge.
- Prevent and control operational downtime.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- RETA certificate/training required
- College or technical degree preferred
- 5 years leadership/management experience within a similar maintenance environment required.
- 5 years experience with refrigeration system, broilers, high pressure water systems and PSM required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Knowledge with technology/computers
