As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Director of Brand Strategy and Campaign.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of compelling brand strategies and marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand positioning, a passion for storytelling, and multi-channel marketing.
We are looking for a candidate who is a creative thinker but also doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. We are focused on building a best-in-class customer-centric brand, and you will have a significant role in helping us put the brand on the map. This role is perfect for the person looking to make a big impact on a soon-to-be household name brand.
This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, based in Doral, FL.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Communications & Strategy 20%
- Support head of marketing to define and refine brand narrative, ensuring a consistent visual identity and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and implement a clear, compelling brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and campaign performance.
- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks, in partnership with customer care and corporate comms team.
Campaign Development & Execution : 40%
Social Media & Community Building 40%
