Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform HACCP procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of our products.
- Collaborate with USDA representatives to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Audit records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support QA supervision and management in data collection and investigation of non-conformities.
- Work closely with production associates to monitor product specifications and correct deficiencies.
- Develop creative solutions to problems and work independently when necessary.
- Monitor and report on food safety and quality procedures on the production floor.
