The role of Senior Field Service Technician is a unique one. Our Technicians dedicate their time to servicing our customers 24 / 7, including assembly, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects. Without Field Service, we would not be the business we are today. We have created a new role to be part of our Spanish Field Service team and would like someone who is based near Madrid, due to the geographical locations of our customers. Excitingly, there could also be travel international with this super role.
You will work with our engineering team, reporting to our Service Manager in Amsterdam. Colleagues are based in Spain, the Netherlands and across EMENA, caring for our customers across all of our machinery.
The Opportunity ... :
On a Given Day, You May :
- Provide site support with maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects.
- Manage installations, providing service and visit reports, and technical support for all our machinery within your responsibilities, including advising our customers on maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades; identify any trends and share this with your manager.
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and the cleaning of the machinery.
- Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities such as services, promotion, and CRM.
- Identify sales opportunities and pass this information onto our Sales Manager swiftly.
