What to expect in the life a our HR Business Partner…
- A hands-on role where you will own key HR activities including management the entire employee lifecycle process, including
- Recruitment represent around 20% of your working week
- Providing support to our managers with ER issues such as sick leave guidance, attendance and other policy compliance issues.
- Helping managers deliver pragmatic Training and Development programs in their respective teams.
- In general, being a trusted sounding board and advisor for our management team and employees.

Mandatory Requirements:
- BS degree or college business courses
- 3-5 years demonstrated Human Resources experience.
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems independently.
- Above average communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Billigual (English -Spanish)
- MSc in HR or Business related field
