Job Descriptions:
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different customers efficiently and on time while following the routes and schedules by Dispatcher/Supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure to always complied with the state law, DMV and DOT guidelines.
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect before, during and after the deliveries, and notified Dispatcher/Supervisor/Manager of any discrepancies, damages or errors when identified.
- Communicate with customers on their delivery time frame, provide information about the delivery, resolve any customer's complaints effectively.
- Collect payment from customers and ensure the correct amount and form of payments is being received.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with the Dispatcher/Supervisor/Manager on the progress, issues and provide updates with the deliveries.
- Provide guidance and instructions to the Delivery Assistants, and ensure delivering the merchandise without any damages while working safely to prevent injuries to the team.
- Clean and inspect vehicles, inspect and complete inventory on their tools to ensure they are all accounted for.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must have a valid Class C license and a clean driving record.
- Must be certified with Forklift operation.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- A DOT Physical exam is required
- Must comply with Action Sales appearance guideline and wear the company provided uniform

Starting: $19.50/hour or depends on experience
