What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle accounting and payroll
- Oversee financial reports, audits, and cash management
- Improve systems and processes
- Support job costing, invoicing, and vendor billing
- Train and mentor, the accounting assistant
- Collaborate with ops and clients to resolve issues and streamline workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong payroll and systems background
- Friendly, team-oriented, and client-facing mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
