What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman/Supervisor position at JC's Green Thumb Lawn Maintenance?
We are looking for a motivated induvial to be able to maintain/supervise and work side-by-side a crew of 3-4 workers.
MUST have valid license.
MUST have previous experience with professional lawn maintenance.
MUST provide previous experience and at least three references.
This induvial will be responsible for leading the crew and making sure each job is done to the absolute best of the teams ability. Will also be responsible for driving a truck and trailer. As well keeping innovatory on the equipment and making sure everything thing remains in the best conditions possible.
We are a Monday thru Friday business. However this is an outside job. Which will require to make up any days, that the weather is not suitable to work, on Saturdays.
We do residential and commercial properties; as well as one time jobs. That includes: mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming, debris removal, picking up, carrying 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
