- Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following tasks but not limited to:

- Quoting, and processing new and renewal business
- Policy research, calls, billing inquiries, etc.
- Issue binders, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards
- Set up renewals for underwriter review and rating
Experience/Education/Skills:
- Possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Self Starter/ ability to navigate computer systems and problem solve with minimal help
- Strong decision making, analytical, organizational skills
