What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Swim Coach position at JCC Association?
Principal Responsibilities :
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching our Waverunners swim team and / or our pre-swim team program under the supervision of the Head Coach
- Present on deck at practices and works with specific age groups to develop swimmers competitive skills
- Practices run Mondays through Thursdays, with additional Sunday meets throughout the season
- Attends dual meets and league championships
- Assists in overseeing individual and team entries for swim meets
- Must be available to coach the spring clinic session as well
- Helps build team spirit
- Monitor and enhance performance while motivating swimmers
- Part-Time, 4-20 hours / week
