About the Role:
The Katz JCC of Atlantic County is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fitness Floor Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring member safety on the fitness floor, providing assistance with exercise techniques, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the fitness floor to ensure member service and safety
- Conduct regular checks of cardio, upper deck, stretch area, free weight rooms, and basketball courts
- Assist new and existing members with exercise techniques and provide support as needed
- Follow and sign off on daily deep cleaning schedules for the fitness floor
- Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director and/or Fitness Supervisor
