What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jewish Activities Coordinator - Part time position at JCC Association?
Principal Responsibilities :
- Responsible for creating, developing and implementing the Jewish activities services in consort with the Fogelman JFS Director of Social Services.
- Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with senior service providers in the community.
- Work with lay leaders and volunteers when appropriate to evaluate service delivery and plan for new and / or expanded program and services.
- Provide Jewish content and engagement opportunities to isolated seniors.
- The JAC will go to senior living facilities and to the homes of home-bound seniors to both provide content directly and, drawing on community resources, to coordinate others to do so.
- Provide outstanding client service.
- Create and actively promote a comfortable and welcoming environment where every client and participant is treated with dignity and respect, in a friendly, personalized manner.
- 10 hours per week
