The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with families and within the queer community.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Community Organization or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in event planning or working with families. You should also possess strong computer and social media skills, fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and knowledge of the Boston queer community.
